Being Otherwise

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">For more than fifteen years, a group of adult patients and educators from the Mental Health Department of Turin’s Local Health Authority has been participating in the workshops of PAV – Parco Arte Vivente, the experimental centre for contemporary art in Turin. In this text, curator Orietta Brombin traces the history of an experience that has become increasingly relevant, and reflects on the motivations and creative methods that have enabled the participants to grow together through the exploration and experimentation with various contemporary artistic languages.</p>
