Kris De Decker

<p>Ruben Pater, a graphic designer who combines journalism and activism to create visual narratives that support equality, solidarity, and degrowth, and author of <em>The Politics of Design</em> (2016) and <em>CAPS LOCK</em> (2021), interviews Kris De Decker, the author of <em>Low-tech Magazine</em>, a digital and printed magazine contrary to the belief that high technology has the solution to all the problems of our society. He has also published for the Demand Centre of the University of Lancaster (United Kingdom), which investigates the energetic demand linked to social practises, and is cofounder of Human Power Plant, an artistic project that investigates the possibilities of human energy production in modern society.</p>
