No Expectations
<p>Using hidden cameras, Boutin’s film <em>No Expectations,</em> documented the (non) activity of a homeless man outside a Paris metro station. The second part of the film revealed the man to be the actor Lambert Wilson and documented his elaborate make-up job. In this book, Boutin has taken stills from his film and put them in combination with photographs taken by a homeless person from his own neighborhood, Marcel M. to whom he gave a camera.</p>
