<p>A TECHNO Conversation between Tim Lawrence & Katia Mullova</p> <p>Tim Lawrence is the author of “Love Saves the Day: A History of American Dance Music Culture, 1970-79”, “Hold on to Your Dreams: Arthur Russell and the Downtown Music Scene, 1973-92” and “Life & Death on the New York Dance Floor, 1980-83”. He is the co-founder of Lucky Cloud Sound System/the London Loft, which organised Loft-style parties with David Mancuso from 2003 onwards, and All Our Friends, where he also DJs. He is the co-host of “Love Is the Message”, a podcast about DJ culture, music and counterculture, and the founder of Reappearing Records.
